1. Services Overview 1.1 Monthly Retainer Services Our Monthly Retainer provides ongoing video editing and creative services on a subscription basis.

  • Deliverables and volume are agreed upon prior to the start of the billing cycle.

  • Standard turnaround time: 24-48 hours for short-form, 3-5 days for long-form/complex assets.

  • Monthly subscription with automatic renewal.

1.2 Project-Based Services

  • One-time video projects (e.g., Amazon Listing Videos, specific ad campaigns) quoted individually.

  • Scope, deliverables, and timeline defined before project commencement.

2. Service Terms 2.1 Retainer Terms

  • Month-to-month agreement with no long-term minimum commitment.

  • 30-day written notice required for cancellation.

  • Unused deliverables/time do not roll over to the next month.

2.2 Project-Based Terms

  • 50% upfront deposit required to commence work.

  • Final 50% payment due before the delivery of final unwatermarked renders.

  • Project timeline begins only upon receipt of the deposit and all required raw assets from the client.

3. Scope of Work 3.1 Included Services

  • Paid Social Ads (Meta, TikTok)

  • Amazon Product Listing Videos

  • Short-form & UGC Enhancement

  • YouTube Video Editing

  • Motion Graphics & 3D Animation (as scoped)

  • AI Asset Generation

3.2 Excluded Services (Unless explicitly scoped)

  • On-location filming/production

  • Custom voiceover recording (non-AI)

  • Advanced software/app development

4. Client Responsibilities 4.1 Required Materials

  • High-resolution raw footage, product shots, or UGC.

  • Brand guidelines, logos (vector formats), and fonts.

  • Clear project briefs and timely feedback.

5. Intellectual Property 5.1 Rights and Ownership

  • The Client receives full ownership of the final rendered video files upon full and final payment.

  • The Editor retains the right to use the final deliverables for portfolio, website, and social media showcase purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

  • The Client guarantees they own or have licensing rights to all raw footage and music they provide to the Editor.

5.2 Source Files

  • Standard delivery includes final rendered formats (MP4, MOV).

  • Working project files (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects files) remain the property of the Editor and are not included unless explicitly purchased for an additional buyout fee.

6. Revisions

  • Number of revisions is specified in the initial project quote (standard is 2 rounds).

  • Additional revisions or major creative direction changes post-edit will be billed at an hourly rate.

7. Payments & Terminations

  • Project Termination: A kill fee of 25% of the total project cost applies if terminated by the client before completion. Unused deposits are non-refundable once editing has commenced.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may pause retainer services or delay final file delivery.

8. Jurisdiction & Modifications

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

  • Modifications: Terms may be updated with a 30-day notice to active clients.

  • Project Data: Raw video footage, brand assets, scripts, and business strategies shared for the purpose of content creation.

2. How We Use Your Information We use your information exclusively to:

  • Deliver requested video editing and creative services.

  • Process payments and manage billing.

  • Communicate regarding project feedback, revisions, and timelines.

  • Improve our internal creative workflows.

3. Data Sharing and Security

  • No Selling of Data: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to third parties.

  • Third-Party Tools: We utilize industry-standard, secure third-party platforms for file transferring (e.g., Google Drive, Frame.io) and payment processing.

  • Confidentiality: All unreleased project files and internal brand strategies are treated with strict confidentiality.

4. Portfolio Use Unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is actively in place, we reserve the right to display completed, publicly released videos in our professional portfolio and showreel.
